Design and Fabrication Services

Upon finalizing the design, detailed shop drawings are prepared by our engineers to ensure structural compliance and client approval, after which the project schedule and pricing are locked. The installation is carried out by our engineers and project management team, ensuring a seamless setup. Finally, thorough testing with checklists and client sign-offs is conducted by our technicians, handing over a fully operational system to the client.

In addition to our standard warranty, Extended Warranty or Extended Service plans are offered by RAK for additional coverage. The plans, namely Plan A (Parts), Plan B (Parts + Labor), and Plan C (Parts + Labor + Event Support), are classified under a three-tiered program to provide extensive services such as Remote Monitoring Services, Camera Calibration, System Integration Creative Services Content, Preventative Maintenance Checks, Hoist and structure inspection, Parts Coverage, Technical Help Desk round the clock, Weekend On-Call Technicians, On-Site Parts Inventory management, On-Site Scheduled Service, Repair and many more.
Free Service Camps
We at RAK are the most concerned with the fluid execution of your LED walls and help you get the most out of these priceless assets. For this we ensure visits to different cities in Northern and Western India on regular intervals by the means of FREE Service Check-up Camps with our team of professionals. The screens of participating owners are checked up thoroughly for proper functioning. Apart from that we educate all our esteemed customers about the various maintenance aspects and the DOs and DONTs of the LED Wall operations. Additionally we offer good discounts on all the bookings done on the Service Camps.

We thankfully have an elaborative team of software engineers and professional photographers who work together to create all sorts of animations, content in High Definition videos, product showcases, Customized in-game content for video and ribbon boards, digital catalogues and custom content, etc. We also help our clients in Brand creation and registration.

RAK Led Bridge is a unique one-of-its kind service where we become partners with the screen owners, the advertisers and the sponsors. By using this service the screen owners are able to optimise their screens to earn for them, while on the other hand, the advertisers and sponsors get new avenues for reaching the audience and consumers. This is all done on the RAKBridge’s platform where our team of professionals prepare time slots and channelize the advertisements on member screens. This is a very new and evolving concept in India and with increasing number of members is proving to be an economical alternative for the advertisers
